As a proud U.S. Army veteran and former Non-Commissioned Officer, Charlona brings a legacy of service, leadership, and resilience to CG Custom Concepts. With over a decade of professional experience in accounting, financial operations, and team management, she has built her career on the principles of discipline, precision, and accountability—values that were instilled during her military service.
Charlona’s educational journey began at Old Dominion University, where she pursued a bachelor's degree in liberal arts with a focus that supported her path into business and financial management. This foundation, along with her background in accounting and administrative leadership, has enabled Charlona to oversee complex operations while maintaining a strong commitment to community care.
CG Custom Concepts was founded from both a place of purpose and personal conviction. As a disabled veteran, Charlona has seen the barriers many former service members face—especially when it comes to housing and mental health support. Charlona has had close friends who are veterans struggling with homelessness, and she lost her own brother to the effects of mental illness. He could have truly benefited from the kind of structured, compassionate housing that CG Custom Concepts now provides.
